1.1. In order to access and use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.2. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.
2.1. We offer a free trial period of 7 days ("Free Trial") to new users. During the Free Trial, you will have access to the full features of the App.
2.2. After the Free Trial period ends, continued access to the App's features and services will require a subscription. The details of available subscription plans, pricing, and payment terms will be provided within the App.
3.1. By subscribing to the App, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes or additional charges associated with your use of the App.
3.2. The subscription fees will be charged automatically to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
3.3. All payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
4.1. The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to FileSpeech and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any portion of the App without prior written consent from FileSpeech.
5.1. Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6.1. The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FileSpeech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
